Flash Fiction: How to Write a Story in Under 500 Words | |
In this workshop, we'll study the "micro" story with Artist in Residence Nicole Rivas. Writers will learn how to craft impactful stories with in depth characters, carefully-chosen details, and powerful dialogue.
Story starter prompts will be provided and beginners are welcome at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 16 in the Central Library Community Room. Registration is required.

John Anglim is a well-known local artist whose art was transferred from the old Clifton Branch to the Teen Room at the new Clifton Branch! Copy Block uses upcycled printing blocks to create new shapes. Anglim met with Clifton Teens to make a third Copy Block now hanging in the Clifton Teen Room. | |
