Please use the guidance below to determine who to contact should you have a school related question or concern. In general, all school related communications should be first directed to our Office Managers, Yolanda Rahmani and Lisa Goerlich. Should they be unable to assist, they will pass along your inquiry to the appropriate staff member. During the school year, questions should be directed to the person closest to the inquiry or issue (typically teachers). Should you prefer to meet in person with administration or teachers, please contact us in advance to schedule a meeting.

Following these communication norms will ensure your questions are addressed in a timely manner!

FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

Need to turn in forms, order spirit wear, or have general school questions? Email our Office Manager, Ms. Yolanda Rahmani. Yolanda is the first point of contact for most school related questions.

Lunch, snack cart, billing, or finance questions? Email our Back Office and Finance Manager, Mrs. Lisa Goerlich. Lisa is the first point of contact for all questions or concerns related to finance, and can also assist with general school inquiries.

Interested in learning more about admissions or enrollment? Newly enrolled with general questions? Contact Mrs. Jordan Smith, Enrollment Director. Jordan is the first point of contact for newly enrolled families, those interested in referring another family, learning more about enrollment, etc.
