Q: What are some of your favorite healthy foods?
A: Two of my favorite health foods are spinach and salmon. I like spinach salad and cooking fresh salad with a little bit of butter, oil, and garlic. It still amazes me how much a whole bag shrinks down to as you cook it. Salmon has become my favorite fish just recently and it is so easy to cook. My favorite used to be tuna cooked very rare on the grill, that is also pretty easy to cook.

Q: What do you do to keep active?
A: Not as much as I should, but I wear my Fitbit and try my best to get my 10,000 steps every day. My favorite activity is playing golf. It's hard to fit in 18 holes with everything else I want to do on the weekend, so I try to get 9 holes in once a week after work. During the winter I bought a stationary bike which feels better on my calves than a treadmill.

Q: What works for you when it comes to managing stress?
A: I am very much a glass half-filled kind of person and keep a positive attitude. I truly believe in the old saying, "God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference."

Q: If you had one tip to share, what would it be?
A: My father always told me to take care of your teeth and your feet, which I didn't appreciate but am starting to...Seriously, it is to enjoy the work you do and the people you do it with.
