Grass Pad Inc. began with humble beginnings on a 700-acre sod farm in Farley, Missouri. With no telephone, running water, and only two light bulbs to illuminate the way, customers from all around would journey to the old barn on a gravel road to find the lush, green sod that Grass Pad had to offer. Our philosophy was and continues to be: "Imitate nature! Plant the finest seed. Feed it. Prevent crabgrass and weeds." This Idiot Proof program laid the foundation for our growth. What started as a small farm has now grown into six locations, each carrying on the tradition of providing top-quality turf and landscaping products.
