Aquatic Bootcamp Coming April 2.
Train with Hydroevoltuion certified, aquatic and personal trainer, Lindsay Swab in the Aquatic Bootcamp Challenge. This program combines Hydroevolution Aquatic Fitness equipment, Speedo and other functional drag equipment, Hydrobike, Aqua Cardio Kick, Aqua Jogging, Aquabata/HIIT and Aquastrength for a one hour low impact total body strength and cardio workout. The class will be challenging yet suitable for all levels of fitness.
