The second IACA Member Mandated GBM will be held at
2 pm on Saturday, November 13, 2021 (Tomorrow)
Registration Begins at 1:45 pm
Per the notice on October 6th, First GBM was scheduled on October 31st. There was a disagreement between the Chairman and the President regarding quorum calculation including mail-in ballots.
The second GBM, per the original notice, doesn't need any quorum. Whoever is present can vote.
Mr. Kaushal Tripathi, Mr. Vikram Naaidu and 98 other IACA member signatories had requested for the member mandated GBM to include two resolutions - Allowing absentee ballots for 12/5/21 election; Protecting Members' Phone number and email from distribution.
Request all the IACA members to come and vote at IACA in person.
Members as of 8/31/21 are allowed to Vote. Bring your Driver's License. Students should bring Student-ID.
