After our beloved studio was destroyed last month by a reckless driving hit and run, we had no choice but to instantly pivot. Where were we going to hold classes? Where could we fit the 60+ people who show up together for class?

Sometimes life will crash right into you and force you to make necessary moves - expected or unexpected. Desired or undesired.

No matter what, those moves force you to expand and grow. Destroy the walls you’ve built and force you to move into SOMETHING BIGGER.

We’ve been dancing and shifting through this transition from DESTRUCTION to CREATION and we are so excited to announce that we have found a new space!!!

We're moving Just a mile down the road into Lake Baldwin. Get ready for a bigger room, an outdoor area for yoga & picnic table chats, and.... drum roll..... showers!! We can’t wait to show you ❤️
