Dear Meher Center Family and Friends,
Warm greetings to each of you in Beloved Meher Baba's Love.
The Center’s reopening has been a sweet reunion. It’s been touching to see once again how much His Home in the West means to those fortunate enough to be able to come on pilgrimage, and to spend time in the atmosphere of His Presence.
On the practical side of things, in the last few years, we’ve tried to communicate more frequently about the Center’s financial situation. Keeping the Center financially sound remains a responsibility we all share, and each of us has an opportunity to help in our own way.
Last year, in the face of the many threats and challenges that the pandemic
posed, there was an extraordinary outpouring of support. It was, in fact, a record-setting year for donations. This year we had hoped that donations would come close to last year’s level. But, with just over a month to go in 2021, we still have a long way to go for that to happen. Donations remain the most important way to protect the Center’s endowment, so, if you have not yet given this year or feel that you could contribute more, please do so as soon as you are able.
As a reminder, you can make a donation of any amount to the Center
through our website at www.mehercenter.org/donate, where you can choose to begin a monthly donation or give a one-time gift. Or, if you prefer, you can send a check to the address listed below. If you have an existing monthly donation and would like to increase it, please contact the Gateway at (843) 272-5777.
