Adriana: Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve - at times it’s been my office when I was assigned to that area.

Adriana: Communicating with our residents - connecting , providing education about our services and promoting our division’s resources.

This program utilizes volunteers to improve older Plano neighborhoods through community clean-ups and minor home exterior repairs.

What is the best way to handle Property Standards issues in your neighborhood?

#1: Talk to your neighbor.


#2: If for some reason your neighbor needs assistance, gather volunteers in your neighborhood to help with the issue.


#3: Use Fix-It Plano!


  • Fix-It Plano is a quick and easy way to communicate requests about property standards and other issues directly to the appropriate department. Submit an issue though Fix-It Plano on one of the following ways:


  1. Download the mobile app from your smartphone or visit our Fix-It Plano website to fill out a request form
  2. To complete the form, simply select the appropriate department, describe the issue and include the location, and the request will immediately be sent to the appropriate staff member.
  3. If you are having trouble accessing the app or website, a Property Standards Team member is always available to receive requests and answer your questions at 972-208-8150.
