Rebeca Aspe

Rebeca has been in the managed care insurance industry for over 22 years. Her experience includes sales marketing and business development, with a proven track record in healthcare settings and products such as Medicare, Medi-Cal, and employer and individual plans in California. She excels in developing and leading high-performing teams in dynamic, high-growth environments. 


Rebeca holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's in health care administration from the University of Arizona Global Campus. Her personal profile is shaped by strong family values, a superior work ethic, and an integrity-driven competitive nature. She particularly enjoys helping others tap into their inner excellence, aligning their personal growth with the company's short- and long-term business goals. 


A San Diego native, Rebeca volunteers for Girls Rising, a nonprofit organization empowering young women in underserved San Diego communities. She loves to travel and has visited 25 countries around the world.


In her role as Broker Channel Manager, Rebeca will work with communities, members and brokers throughout California. Jojo Morales, BCM, will continue as her partner across the state.
