Daniel has been in the insurance industry for over 17 years, assisting and selling for almost every major insurance carrier as a broker manager. He first began in the property and casualty industry and switched to the health insurance sector in 2014.
In 2015, he began selling Medicare as a broker in south Florida. His success at selling all major carriers' plans nationally led to his quick promotion to broker manager. In his last position prior to joining Molina Healthcare, Daniel provided oversight to 145 brokers at his brokerage.
In 2018, he joined Molina as a field sales agent. He soon became top seller for Molina of Florida and was promoted to be Molina's Florida sales manager in 2020.
As the new Broker Channel Manager for Florida, he plans to continue growing the Molina plans in collaboration with his multiple community partners throughout the state. As advocate and supporter for agents and agencies, he'll be responsible for:
- Agent/broker recruitment
- Contracting and certification inquiries
- Agents' and agencies' needs
- Product sales and training
- Showcasing Molina Medicare in the community
A native of Fort Lauderdale, Daniel loves helping people and making sure their health care needs are met. In his spare time, Daniel's passions are spending time with his daughter, Kayla, and at the beach - preferably both!
