Meet Our Houston Clinical Directors

Monte Nido's three distinct programs in Houston are led by three of our compassionate clinicians who are each dedicated to our mission:

Guided by empathy and unwavering support, we challenge harmful norms and work to eradicate eating disorders.

Alison Quintana

LCSW-S

Monte Nido Houston Residential program for adult females

"I enjoy the challenge of helping clients work through their ambivalence, and resistance, toward recovery. It's rewarding to witness the meaningful changes our clients make when they choose recovery."

Alison started with Monte Nido in 2020 as a primary therapist at Clementine. In 2023, she was promoted to Clinical Director at Monte Nido Houston. Her expertise spans across all levels of care, as well as crisis intervention and mental health crisis clinic services within a hospital emergency room.

Houston Day Treatment Gender inclusive PHP/IOP for adults and adolescents

"I enjoy the challenges and rewards of working with clients with eating disorders. Planting seeds, rediscovering the enjoyment of food, cultivating self-compassion, and debunking diet culture are part of the work I love most."

Having worked in the eating disorder field for over eight years, Rachel has worked with adults and adolescents in all levels of care. In addition to eating disorders, her experience includes substance use, personality, developmental, and psychosomatic disorders.
