AWARD-WINNING MUSIC PRODUCER, ARRANGER, SONGWRITER, FILM/TV COMPOSER AND KEYBOARDIST, Vahagn Stepanyan has worked with some of the biggest names in the world of music. His musical giftedness has been recognized by Grammy Award-Winning artists and well-known musicians across the world.

Throughout the years Vahagn has collaborated with a host of artists from over 30 countries through studio work, tours and writing including Platinum-selling artist Dave Koz, Eric Moore Greg Howe, Nathan East, Mark Lettieri (Snarky Puppy), Eric Marienthal, Danielle Withers, Ida Nielsen, Melvin Lee Davis, Henrik Linder (Dirty Loops), Ricky Kej, Wouter Kellerman and many other incredible artists and engineers.

2020 Vahagn worked with Grammy, Dove, BMI award-winning singer, songwriter, and producer Percy Bady by arranging keyboards on his “Whole World” song. Percy Bady co-wrote the mega hit song “I believe I can fly”. “Whole World” later released on “Hope Anthology” album which features songs composed from artists, such as: Grammy® Award-Winning recording artist Fred Hammond, 9-time Grammy® Winner Mary J Blige, hip-hop artist Tia P. and others...



2021 Vahagn elected as a head of judge of “Foley the World” sound design contest with 18-time Grammy® & Latin Grammy® Winner Rafa Sardina, Ronnie van der Veer, Yaron Spiwak (Walt Disney Imagineering Senior Music Producer and Creative Director), Jason Akers and Sanaa Kelley.

2022 Vahagn became one of the judges of Intercontinental Music Awards.

2023 “An Adoption Story” album by Kitt Wakeley featuring Starr Parodi & The London Symphony won the Grammy® in the Best Classical Compendium Category, where Vahagn was featured keyboardist and had the pleasure of doing the additional engineering as well.

2023 Vahagn Stepanyan won two Grand Awards by The Akademia Music Awards in the category of Best Jazz Song. He won a Global Music Awards silver medal and garnered a nomination from the Hollywood Independent Music Awards in Jazz (Fusion/Bebop) category. Vahagn recently nominated also for “Musician of the Year” by Josie Music Awards.

A YEAR AND A HALF AFTER MOVING HIS FAMILY TO LOS ANGELES to realize his dream, keyboardist Vahagn Stepanyan surrounded himself with Grammy®-winning and world-class musicians, producers and engineers to record his second album, the aptly titled “A New Chapter.” Stepanyan composed and arranged eight songs for the jazz fusion collection releasing May 19. 



Stepanyan produced “A New Chapter” with Kitt Wakeley, who earlier this year won the Grammy® for Best Classical Compendium for “An Adaption Story” to which Stepanyan contributed to engineering and playing keyboards.  

The album features performances by eleven-time Grammy®-winning trumpeter Philip Lassiter (Prince, Ariana Grande), Grammy® nominated guitarists Greg Howe and Mark Lettieri (Snarky Puppy); platinum-selling saxophonist Dave Koz, bassist Ida Nielsen (Prince) and powerhouse drummer Eric Moore amongst other accomplished players.

The first single released from “A New Chapter” is “Synergy,” which dropped last month and is accompanied by a teaser video that premiered in Times Square on April 25.
