Ginger
I'm Ginger, a sassy lady with the stubbiest little legs you've ever seen. I may be 8 years old but I've got pep in my step when you want and a penchant for napping when you don't! Bein' that I'm such an avid snuggler, I'll need a boost up onto the couch every once in a while (and into the bed if you're ok with that). My foster mom has been working on my house manners for just one week and I haven't had an accident in three days. I think I just needed a crash course in potty training and now I'm ready to go (outside, that is)! I've got a light appetite (gotta watch my figure) and I am a slender 48 pounds; but I snore just as loud as my 100 pound foster brother! I don't know what I'm rambling about though, lets get to the most important thing... BELLY RUBS. Oh lawd, I love belly rubs. In the morning, during the day, even at night.... It doesn't matter where we are, I'll turn over for a belly rub anytime, anywhere, for anyone!
When I'm not getting belly rubs, I love watching tv, taking walks, chewing on treats, chasing my bigger brother off the couch so I can take his warm spot, watching you fold laundry or anything else I can do with my people. I bark sometimes when my belly just NEEDS to be rubbed right now and my big brother recently taught me to howl; which I only do in chorus with him when my foster momma leaves us. Don't worry though, we are lazy hound dogs so just a few howls gets our point across then its back to our naps! Whenever foster mom gives us treats, I like to hide mine for later. The trouble is, I'm not very good at that yet. So I'll put my toy in the middle of the floor and then stare at you like you're some kind of wizard when you "find" it! I don't think I could get any cuter if I tried!
