Brendan’s enthusiasm for Loyola and its mission is felt daily by teachers and fellow students alike. When asked to reflect on the past seven years at Loyola, Brendan said, "the community helps students to shine beyond their abilities in the classroom.”
Brendan not only received the C. Markland Kelly Athletic Service Award but also serves as the President of the SGA (which he omitted from his college application in the true spirit of service to others.) On top of all this, he is involved with the forensics team, the Blakefield Players, and the volleyball team, as well as co-chairs the Boosters Club and leads the Varsity lacrosse team as Captain.
Brendan truly exemplifies our mission “to give and not to count the cost,” and when asked what being a Don means to him, he replied, “we help each other no matter what, and when someone falls down, we pick him back up.”
Brendan has left his mark on our community, and we wish him much success and happiness as he heads to The University of Denver this fall to pursue his interests in criminology and psychology.
