Lincoln County Television & Media Center is non-profit, public access, community media for and about the citizens of Lincoln County, Maine

LCTV News February 27, 2024

Hello Claire,

We've had a rollicking good time the past few days! On Friday, we live streamed the Lincoln Academy Boys Pep Rally before they headed down to Portland for the regional finals. Click on the graphic to watch the fun.

This is the kind of event that Community Media is made for - we got the call and said YES so that family and friends who couldn't make the pep rally could join in. As of today, the pep rally has been viewed over 400 times!

That's Community Spirit at its best.

Congrats to the Medomak Valley and Lincoln Academy Girls and Boys teams.

Then on Sunday, we capped off the LCTV Classic Concert Series with a SOLD OUT show. Crystal Vision, Maine's premiere Fleetwood Mac Tribute band, put on an incredible show for an enthusiastic crowd.

Thank you to each and every one of you who came out to enjoy our concerts. Your support means we can keep bringing you hundreds of "All New, All Local" shows, specials, sports events and municipal meetings every year.

There's still a little bit of basketball fun to come with Thursday's 3:30 Unified Basketball live streamed game at Medomak Valley versus Lincoln Academy. Before you know it, we'll be bringing you Spring baseball, softball, and soccer.

NEW Community Conversations this Friday

The first 2024 Community Conversations show is this Friday at 7:00pm when host Marva Nesbit welcomes two new doctors to the LincolnHealth community - who happen to be brothers! Dr. Ross Feller is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with subspecialty certification in hand surgery and Dr. Reid Feller recently joined Lincoln Medical Partners Ophthalmology. New Classic Shows and Movies on the Air

If you're a mid-day or late night viewer on local channel 7, we're pleased to say that lots of new classic shows and movies are coming your way from 11am-12pm and 10pm-12am weekdays. Plus we have new National Gallery of the Arts shows airing 3pm-4pm and 9pm-10pm weekdays.
