Emails and Compliance

When emailing questions about a specific student, please do not use a student name in the email. We are able to find students in the system easily with the 9-digit State ID number or with the student initials and a date of birth.

We can also look up students that are on your caseload. In your email please refer to the student initials, mention that he or she is on your caseload, and we can look up the student easily. Full student names and information can always be sent using the secure ShareFile link.

If a student leaves the district or exits IEP services, please remove the student from your caseload and send the student initials to Lisa so the student can be made inactive in the system.
