Principal's Note

Dear Families,

Welcome to the 2024-25 school year! After a summer apart it is exciting to have students returning to the classrooms. The majority of our Meadowview classrooms, including those on the main Packard campus and those located at Potterville Elementary and Potterville Middle School, will start school on August 19. Our Eaton Rapids High School and Union Street classes, as well as those located at the Creative Pulp Storefront in Charlotte, start school on August 26.

We can't wait to see you back in the classroom!

Enrollment Information

New students for the 2024-25 school year must complete the enrollment packet on the Final Forms website before the start of the school year. Without a completed enrollment packet you may be unable to start school.

Returning student families should have received an email from “Final Forms Mailman” with instructions to review, update and acknowledge the information that is in the system.

If you have any questions, or need help with the system, please reach out to the Meadowview office: 517.541.8750 or stop by the Meadowview School main office (1790 East Packard Highway, Charlotte, MI 48813).

For the 2024-2025 school year all students will continue to receive free breakfast and lunch. Even with free meals, families are still encouraged to complete the free/reduced lunch form. The Michigan School Meals program was signed into law in the fiscal year 2025 Michigan State School Aid Budget. The funding allows for all public school students to eat breakfast and lunch for free.

Important Information for the School Year

We have a few updates and reminders for the school year as you prepare for your return:

We have a 48-hour symptom free timeframe for students after exhibiting an illness.
Only plastic water bottles are allowed. Please refrain from sending in aluminum or metal water bottles.
If your child needs baby wipes for toileting or other personal activities, please connect with your child’s teacher and discuss a timeline for sending these materials in on a recurring basis.
We will need updated medical orders for all students who require health care support during the school day (i.e. seizure plans, medication schedules).

Breakfast is served at Meadowview School!

Breakfast is available in each Meadowview classroom at the start of each day and is free for all students!
