All AdventurePlex programs promote well-being and mindfulness. The goal of a mentally healthy childhood is to reach developmental and emotional milestones, to develop healthy social skills, and to learn how to cope with problems. Children who are mentally healthy are more likely to function well at home, in school, and in their communities. May is a great time to refocus and institute mindfulness practices a part of your family or group time.
