Every May, San Mateo County joins our state and country in celebrating Mental Health Awareness Month. This year’s theme, "Heal Through Connection," encourages us to reach out for support and connect with one another to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation. As a hub for social connection, the Redwood City Public Library joins our partners across San Mateo County to provide programs promoting community wellness and local mental health resources. Click the links below for more information. Stop by any RCPL location beginning May 1 to pick up a free green Mental Health ribbon: a small way to show your support.
