30 MINUTE MAT- Mondays at 9am & Thursdays at 6:25 * First Classes May 6th and 9th
30 Minute Mat is a fast paced Pilates Mat class. A great stand alone class if you're pressed for time or in addition before or after an apparatus class to fine tune your mat work and hit the core with more intensity. Roll ups/overs and full spinal mobility required.
MAT & TOWER STRETCH- Fridays at 8:30am * First Class Friday May 3rd
This Pilates Mat and Tower Combo class will incorporate classical and contemporary Pilates mat work with stretching on the Pilates Tower. Exercises focus on all aspects of spinal alignment and movement, breath, strength, and flexibility. Appropriate for all levels. Whether you are a first-timer or an experienced student seeking a deeper level of understanding, you will benefit from this class.
VARIETY PILATES Tuesdays at 11am & 5:30pm, Thursdays at 5:30pm, Fridays at 10:45am
Variety Pilates is a class that will include an assortment of forms of Pilates movements. The class is suitable for any level, including seniors. Basic knowledge on how to move and set up the reformer and tower is required. Pre-requisite of 3 private lesson or instructor approval is required.
GENTLE PIYO Wednesdays at 10:45am & 7pm, Saturdays at 8:30am
Gentle PIYO will combine Pilates with Yoga based-stretches supported by props. You will relax your mind while connecting your breath to stretches and movements designed to restore your body. Perfect for any level. Slow-paced. (This class is performed on the Pilates Tower Beds, so it's perfect if you do not like laying on the floor.)
