The tax deadline is behind us, and spring is in the air. For financial planners, and just about everyone else, this is a magical time of year. At the FPANCA, we’re celebrating these fleeting weeks of gorgeous weather ahead of the humid dog days of summer with our 30th Annual Charity Golf Tournament on May 13th, 2024! Act fast as foursomes are nearly full.

Join us for our Annual FPA NCA Charity Golf Classic at 1757 Golf Club!

• Registration starts at 11AM
• Shotgun starting at 12 Noon
• Buffet dinner and awards at 6:00pm

Fee includes lunch, green fees, open beverages on the course, and buffet dinner during post-golf awards.



When we’re not playing hooky on the links, we’re organizing educational, entertaining, and insightful member programming as well as collaborating with allied professionals such as CPAs, Estate Attorneys, and the CFA Society to make the FPANCA the hub for financial planning excellence in our region.

Registration is live for our half-day June mini-symposium and happy hour on June 26th, 2024.

Happy Hour and networking to follow the presentations. It'll be a casual get-together where we can relax, chat, and unwind after a productive day.

Our Board of Directors has been busy engaging with estate attorneys, CPAs, and CFA charter holders in the region to develop more programming that will facilitate connections and collaboration with top wealth talent in the region. We have several irons in the fire, but the most recent evolution is a joint effort between the FPANCA and CFA Society of Washington, DC to bring our membership a Succession Planning and Practice Management half-day event on September 5th, 2024.

Finally, mark your calendars, August 17th, 2024, is Financial Planning Day! For our members looking to give back to the community through pro bono, Financial Planning Day is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in an organized philanthropic venue. We’ll be back at Veteran’s Plaza in Silver Spring, MD and hope to see you there.
