Proactively Preparing for Year-End

There are a multitude of tasks you can do throughout the year to proactively prepare for year-end. Here is a quick list of tasks:

  • Review the ADP Monthly Readiness Guide
  • Verify you have the correct company contacts assigned to the correct roles in your system. This ensures ADP communications get to the right company contacts.
  • Review your payroll schedule to account for any country-specific banking holidays.
  • Enter taxable fringe benefits in the correct quarter.
  • Enter third-party sick pay in the correct quarter.
  • Review retirement plan W-2 Box 13 coding for U.S. employees.
  • Review quarterly reports in iReports.
  • Keep taxing jurisdictions in SmartCompliance up-to-date.
I want to be proactive! Let's schedule a meeting.

New Onboarding Features

When multiple documents that only require one signature are added to an Onboarding Experience, they’ll be packaged together into a single, unified set of documents for simplicity. Employees will review the set of documents, completing any fields or approvals all at once.

Once the onboarding is completed, employees, managers, and practitioners will see each document separately on the employee record.
