The Manistee Area Chamber of Commerce is
delighted to share its 2023 Impact Report.

Dear Chamber Investors,
Thank you for your continued support of the Manistee Area Chamber and, more importantly, Manistee County. Because of your support and efforts, we continue to see new investment in the community and renewed investment from the established businesses in the area. We are blessed to have numerous “Anchor” businesses throughout the County. These businesses cover all areas… agriculture, manufacturing, hospitality & service, education, and retail. Our “Anchors” have helped to clear the way for new investment in the County.
Furthermore, we are privileged to welcome new leaders and investors to our County, whether through new business ventures or changes in ownership. We must continue to embrace and support these new investors, while also recognizing and backing the "Anchor" businesses that have been the foundation of our community for decades.
Your leadership and partnership as investors are a testament to the future, and we highly value your ongoing support and participation. We are optimistic about the years to come and appreciate your involvement with the Manistee Area Chamber of Commerce.
We kindly ask you to take a moment to peruse our 2023 Impact Report, which encapsulates a snapshot of our community's accomplishments over the past year.
Sincerely,
| |
Dennis McCarthy

Chamber Day at the Capitol
The Manistee Area Chamber was at Chamber Day with the Michigan Chamber of Commerce!
President & CEO, Stacie Bytwork, and Operations Manager, Carmen Kott represented Manistee in Lansing among business leaders, government affairs professionals, and local and regional chamber of commerce professionals to interact with policymakers about key issues facing Michigan employers and communities.
Bytwork also served on a panel that discussed Chamber of Commerce Leadership in Education and Workforce Development, with an emphasis on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation's Business Leads Fellowship Program, in which Stacie is in the ninth cohort.
What an important opportunity for us to showcase our mission, values, and community involvement to state legislators!
