Letter to Boulder County Republicans
from the Chairwoman
| |
Being the underdog in a political climate can be exhausting. Every actively involved Republican in Boulder County knows that. Between the national and state politics usurping the local, most important aspects of government, it’s hard to get a good message out to the community. The media is the propaganda of the progressive socialists and is out to ruin anything that could be considered good in our politics. I think many folks are starting to see the need to focus locally on what is happening with backyard politicking. A few times a week, I have walk away democrats emailing, mailing, or even calling me about how bad the one-party rule is here in the county and the state. Diversity of thought is a good thing, and our community is starting to understand that.
I am incredibly proud of the work our Boulder County Republican party has done for our community. We actively encourage honest, transparent, and balanced politics locally for every constituent in Boulder County. We have worked hard to restore confidence in Republican values to Boulder County voters by being part of the community. We encourage civil and productive conversations about local politics. We have actively been engaged in dialogue with local elected leaders to help improve the lives of every Boulder County resident. This isn’t about us versus them, it’s about doing what we can to be productive members of the community alongside everyone.
The Boulder County Republican bylaws support multiple candidates running for office and people should have the opportunity to pick the candidate they feel would best represent them through the primary process. As Republicans, we believe all our candidates should be treated equally and supported to participate in the electoral process. Endorsing candidates prematurely only serves to surrender our party’s standards and traditions and undermines the voter’s voice.
It is essential our party has citizens running for elected office. I feel it is important the candidate running is not an officer of the party in any capacity. This ensures transparency of actions within the party’s leadership. Integrity is an important character trait the Boulder County Republicans model.
Our party supports candidates using appropriate and legal funding and resources to campaign for office. We want to emulate what we expect from our elected representatives.
The Boulder County Republicans support transparency within all GOP groups, and ensure proper representation of any entity within the organization. We have worked hard to be transparent in our actions in the community and want to be leaders for our constituents.
Our organization preserves the confidentiality of personal information of any kind and has worked hard to cultivate and maintain members and their confidential information. It is important to recognize the need for prudence with respect to political confidentiality by establishing and building trust with our community.
The Boulder County Republicans have prioritized being involved in the community, growing the base of the constituency, providing positive and meaningful input into our local politics and relationships throughout the county. I do not feel it is wise to divide our community with dirty politics. I want to show our community how a political party can make a positive impact on the lives of its residents by listening, being transparent, and by being proactive and valuable role models for others.
Thank you for being a part of the Boulder County Republicans. I look forward to seeing you all out in the community as you help campaign for our amazing candidates who have stepped forward to run for office in a deep blue county. It takes hard work and a lot of time and dedication. We can slowly start to roll back the incredible expense of living in Boulder County, the crime from lack of accountability, and ensure people are able to afford and stay in their homes by electing Republican candidates on the ballot this November.
“A house divided cannot stand.”- Abraham Lincoln.

Halloween is scary but it’s make-believe.
"Police State" is scary and it’s real.
It depicts the scary things happening in this country.
Police State is now available EXCLUSIVELY on Rumble, watch now!
Have you ever wondered if America is becoming a police state?
In a new film, Dinesh D'Souza and Dan Bongino expose the chilling degree to which America is already there, with surveillance of citizens and mass censorship.
“Police State” is a movie that I never wanted to make, because I never wanted America to get to a point where a movie like this needed to be made. I feel like the animal that alerts the herd to approaching danger, so we can take precautionary steps before it is too late.”
- Dinesh D’Souza
