News from Thanks-Giving Square and The Thanks-Giving Foundation  |   May 2017

The National Day of Prayer calls all faith groups together to celebrate common ground and share prayers for our nation. This year's event explored the role of prayer in the 21st Century and showcased prayer practices from diverse faith traditions within our community. It  was celebrated with heart, reflections, and gratitude. The multi-faith audience committed to taking back the spirit of this day to their local communities and congregations to make the Dallas area a more inclusive, compassionate, and peaceful place.  Special thanks to the Interfaith Council, Faith Forward Dallas, and volunteers for helping with this annual event.
