Greetings Fellow T&C Families & Friends,

It is always a bit sad when a sports season comes to an end, but in the next few weeks most of our spring sports will conclude another season. I hope you and your family had a fun time making new friends, learning, and playing this season. I would like to say a special thank you to all our coaches, team parents, board members, commissioners and other volunteers that make T&C possible. For 50 years T&C has relied on the dedication and commitment of our community volunteers to make this a special place for so many families and kids.

Although the spring season is ending, authorized activities at T&C will continue throughout the summer. Remember to read your newsletters and follow us on social media to keep up to date on summer special events, activities, and camps.

Some of you may be participating in All-Stars and tournament teams starting this month. I thank you for representing T&C and wish you all good luck in this summer’s tournament season.

Fall registration has opened for some sports and we should have all fall registration offerings open and available in the next couple of weeks. As space is limited in some programs, I encourage you to sign up early to secure your child’s place in his or her favorite fall sport.

To celebrate the end of the season, we will again be having our end of the spring season T&C Dell Diamond Night this Saturday, May 18^th. This is a fun night to bring the team or family out to the Dell Diamond for a night of baseball and fun. Look for the details in this newsletter as well as on the events page of the website. I hope you can “Come Out And Play With Us”!

Fall sports: Baseball, Soccer, Volleyball, and Lacrosse

Congratulations to everyone for a great Spring season. T&C Flag Football finished its End of Season Tournament last week and fall registration is open. T&C Girls Lacrosse and T&C Girls Volleyball also ended another successful season. Best of luck to T&C Softball and T&C Baseball teams competing in Allstar tournaments this summer.

The spring soccer season has drawn to a close. The kids had a blast, and we can't wait to see all the players again in the fall. A big shout out to all our volunteer coaches who help the Recreational program be such a huge success. 

The T&C Soccer Academy program had another great season. The introduction of in-house Academy was a great success. Interest in the program continues to grow and as a result we will be expanding the in-house Academy program to include U11-U12 age groups this fall. The T&C Premier program also continues to flourish. Many teams advanced in their Spring Cup competitions, representing T&C Soccer across South Texas. We anticipate adding additional teams next season with tryouts occurring May 28/29^th.

This summer T&C Soccer will be offering several Camps and Futsal. The first week of June we will be hosting an Everton FC International Soccer Academy followed by two weeks of T&C Soccer camps. Prior to the start of the fall season, we will also have a Pre-season Camp. For the first six weeks of the summer, we are also offering Summer Futsal on our Futsal courts.

At T&C Sports, we're always interested to hear what we did well, and how we can improve. Your feedback is invaluable to us so please be on the lookout for a spring survey opportunity to be messaged out soon.
