GoLine Extended Operating Hours

NEW GOLINE HOURS 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM M-F &

7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Saturdays

Visit the GoLine's website

Thanks to a Service Development Grant provided by the Florida Department of Transportation's Office of Modal Development, GoLine, Indian River County's public transit system, is now running extended hours six days per week!

Starting on May 6th, the GoLine fixed route bus system and Community Coach on demand paratransit service extended their weekday hours from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Additionally, Route 13 (serving the Vero West Corridor) will now run on Saturdays, resulting 13 routes operating on Saturdays. Moreover, all Saturday routes now run from 7:00 Am to 7:00 PM.

GoLine's continued success is only possible through the dedication of the MPO's partners at the Senior Resource Association, GoLine's operator. The MPO is fortunate to work with wonderful partners who advocate and serve the County's mobility needs.

Urban Service Area Boundary Survey and Meetings

Since the 1980's, Indian River County has maintained an urban service boundary in an effort to focus growth, minimize infrastructure costs, and retain agricultural lands. Over the last 40 years, the County has grown dramatically. As a result, discussions of moving the urban service area are front of mind for planning staff and elected leaders alike. These notions have led the county to approach the task in earnest with a major study this spring and summer.

As the boundary study begins, staff would love to hear from Indian River County residents. Please join us at one of the two workshops next week!
