This week is Teacher Appreciation Week - make sure to thank any and all teachers for their dedication and hard work! In honor of teachers and all school staff, we are encouraging everyone to take classes on Ompractice, our free virtual yoga/meditation/pilates platform. All employees can take free classes on Ompractice! And, for the month of May, you will earn a raffle ticket for every class you take. At the end of the month, we will raffle off 25 prizes and any employee can earn a prize. The more classes you take, the more chances you have to win.

We are also offering MIIAWhole30 to all employees. This is a month long program that focuses on eliminating processed foods and cooking more at home. More information on both programs can be found below. We hope you will participate in one or both of them!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Our partners at MindWise offer anonymous screenings that cover everything from feelings of depression and anxiety to well-being and resilience. Although these screenings are informational and not diagnostic, they provide a convenient opportunity to evaluate if you or someone you care about should connect with a behavioral health professional. Each screening takes only a few minutes to complete and provides resources to connect you with care if indicated.
