Leadership Essentials 2024 has had a busy spring! This year's cohort, comprised of 29 emerging and mid-level leaders, met once in March and twice in April. Thank you to our fantastic facilitators: Kashonna Marrow, LP '17 alum, led an engaging session on "How to Use Influence To Get Results"; Claudia Allen led our DEIB session and LE coaches, Liz Brooks and Kim Harris, explained the benefits of "Positive Intelligence". Last week, Marc Kolp, LP '11 alum, facilitated a fun new session on "Innovation & Strategy". In addition, participants are meeting with their leadership coaches twice/month and working in teams on their Community Impact Projects (CIPs). At LE's next session, Jon Oberst, LE '23 alum, will lead a "Presentation Skills" session to help the CIP teams prepare for their project presentations. Plans are underway for Leadership Essentials 2025! Reach out to Katherine Keefe, LP '17, to learn more.
