Dear Center for Irish Music supporters,

Happy belated Bealtaine! We've just returned from the Midwest Fleadh in Chicago, where 45 CIM students and 4 groups (including our first ever U12 Grúpa Ceoil) participated in 37 competitions and took home an amazing 39 medals. We're so proud of the hard work and musicianship our students displayed. Thank you to the instructors who prepared our students through countless hours of teaching and arranging, and to parents and families for their support.

Back in the Twin Cities, we're looking forward to Spring Term recitals, followed shortly by the start of summer term in June! Summer registration will be open soon.

There's still room in our half-day Irish Music & Arts Summer Camp for ages 6-11 (July 22-26), as well as our Introduction to Irish Harp Camp for ages 7-12(July 29-August 1).

We have an amazing lineup of visiting master artists coming to town for Minnesota Irish Music Weekend (June 6-9th), so be sure to mark your calendars. Youth program registration is now open, and adult workshop registration will be open soon. Watch your inbox for announcements!

Join us for the 16th annual Minnesota Irish Music Weekend, presented by the Center for Irish Music!

This unique festival pairs world-class traditional Irish musicians and teachers with learners of all ages for a weekend of workshops, lectures, sessions and concerts.

Each of our visiting artists is recognized for their musical mastery, and will offer insights and techniques to help learners tap into the deep roots of traditional Irish music.
