Benefits Open Enrollment is Wednesday, May 22 -Friday, May 31

It is time for Leona's annual open enrollment period for our core benefit plans, which includes our medical, dental, and vision coverages. We are excited to continue our partnership with Voya Financial, providing voluntary benefit plans such as Accident Coverage, Critical Illness Coverage, and Hospital Indemnity, all available for election during this open enrolment period.

Open Enrollment begins on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, and ends on Friday, May 31, 2024. All open enrollment changes will be effective on July 1, 2024. Please be sure to utilize this open enrollment period to ensure that you are appropriately enrolled and taking full advantage of the many benefits available to you and your family.

This year, if you are not making any changes you will not need to do anything. Your benefits will roll over as they currently are. If you are newly enrolling or making a change to any benefit election, you will need to log into Paylocity, navigate to Bswift, click the box that says "Open Enrollment" and follow the prompts until it shows you've successfully completed your enrollment.

More step-by-step information on this will follow soon.
