Bylaw Changes
Proposed by the CSA Board of Directors to the CSA Membership to increase the number of director positions to ten (10) by splitting the director position currently shared by Atlantic Canada and British Columbia into two separate director positions (one for Atlantic Canada and one for British Columbia).
All active CSA and YCSA members 18 years of age and older were mailed a 2023 AGM notice containing the proposed by-law amendment and mail-in ballot envelope. For members voting by mail-in ballot, return envelopes must be postmarked by June 6th, 2023, or the ballot within will not be counted. The return ballot does not go to CSA, therefore, DO NOT enclose any communication for CSA in the envelope.
If you vote electronically, do NOT send a mail-in ballot or member declaration, you can only vote once.
