Jeff Shoskin, a partner with Frost Brown Todd, will review, in detail, his 24 commandments for minimizing workplace litigation. Session Two 11:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. Dynamic Physical Therapy Solutions to Lower Injuries & Their Costs
Matt and Tom Ernst are Physical Therapists and Partners with Oxford Physical Therapy. They will review strategies that can be implemented on several levels to lower injuries and their costs. Through direct onsite services working preventatively with a national network of providers for Fit For Work services with a wide array of employers from construction, road crews, manufacturing, and distribution. To maximizing the role of Direct Access Physical Therapy locally to streamline work and non-work related injuries. They will share case studies and examples that have led to a 50% reduction in injuries and their costs every time the program is followed for the last 20 years! 1.0 SHRM PDC, HRCI Credit 1.0 General

Assessment Certification Training
Paul will discuss the effective use of Mental and Personality Assessments for pre-employment hiring. We will then explain all measures on the Achiever Family of Assessments. This includes 6 Mental Dimensions, 10 Personality Dimensions, 2 Validity scales and various Correlations of these Dimensions.
