Spring greetings from the Center for Irish Music!
In this beautiful month of May, we are thrilled to announce the launch of a new registration system and a refresh of our
website. Take a look and register now for summer classes, camps and lessons!
With only seven days left until the Midwest Fleadh Cheoil, our students are madly practicing in every nook and cranny of the Junction at all hours of the day! This year, the Center for Irish Music is sending the largest group of musicians, parents and instructors ever to St. Louis - 68 people. We are looking forward to meeting up with Irish music friends from around the region, playing tunes and listening to one another's music, and cheering on the Pig's Eye Ceili band, headed up by Tom Dahill and Ginny Johnson. Be sure to follow us on Facebook. Choose "see first" in your news feed and be the first to hear the CIM news live!
Here's a reminder that CIM is not presenting the Minnesota Irish Music Weekend this year. Mark your calendars now for the 11th annual Minnesota Irish Music Weekend on June 16-19, 2019.
In place of MIM, we are presenting The Harvest Home Traditional Irish Music Day on Saturday, September 22nd featuring Trian with Liz Carroll (fiddle), Billy McComiskey (accordion) and Dáithí Sproule (guitar & song). R
egistration and concert tickets are all available for purchase online here!
Enjoy the gorgeous weekend, and I hope to see all of you at the upcoming CIM recitals on Friday May 18th and Sunday 20th.
