The Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) will be closing their energy efficiency program on May 31, 2017. The investor owned utilities are planning to continue DCEO's programs until the end of this year, but are currently waiting for Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC) approval to allow the utilities to extend these programs. The ICC is expected to rule on this petition in late May after which time there will be a formal announcement details on the incentive application process.
