121 Walking Club
Join the walking club on M,W,F at Noon in front of the 121 front door on Adelbert.
AT CWRU we are lucky to have THREE workout facilities. The 121 Fitness Center offers all the services and amenities of a traditional fitness center: classes before, during and after work; large cardio area; strength training equipment; specialty classes; personal trainers and more. If you prefer an open recreation style gym, the Veale and Wyant Recreation Centers offer access to a wide variety of cardio and strength equipment. Veale houses the Donnell pool for your swimming needs. The campus rec centers are FREE for CWRU faculty and staff. Just bring your Case ID. Take advantage of these workout options this month and all summer!
Free Fridays at 121 Fitness
