Join us for the ultimate celebration of harvest season and cannabis culture at the Apple Mountain Festival Grounds! This in-person event is a must-attend for cannabis enthusiasts, foodies, and music lovers alike. And of course, all are welcome to bring their harvest and enter it to be judged. Come with your best bud and possibly go home with the Cup, Cash and Stash. And also, the recognition as the best grower of 2023! To be entered for the Cup, Stash and Cash you must be 21 or older, pay a $50 entry fee and summit a minimum of a 1/4 oz for our panel of judges. the winner takes home a beautiful, engraved cup, packed with quality flower and $500 Cash and definitely bragging rights! Anyone not wishing to enter the official judging is welcome to just share and compare with whomever they wish in which case everybody is a judge!

FIREWOOD IS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE

GATHERING WOOD ALREADY LAYING ON THE GROUND IS PERMITTED.

NO POWER SAWS!

We have to have some simple rules that are in place so everyone can enjoy a no problems environment.

  1.  NO DOGS. NO WEAPONS. NO BAD ATTITUDES. NO GLASS BOTTLES. NO FIREWORKS. NO NITROUS TANKS, BALLOONS ETC... 
  2. CHILDREN MUST ALWAYS BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RESPONSABLE ADULT.
  3. NO UNDERAGE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL OR CANNABIS.

THINGS ALLOWED IN CAMPING AREAS

 

The following items are permitted in the Camping / RV Areas:

  • General camping items not on the Prohibited Items list (tent, canopies, tarps, etc)
  • Two (2) bulk alcohol items per person in aluminum or plastic containers only. No glass containers of any kind. “Bulk alcohol” is defined as any 2 of the following items: One (1) case (24 cans) of beer or malt-based beverage, One (1) 1.75 litre plastic bottle of hard alcohol, One (1) 4 litre box of wine. • Cooking appliances under the following conditions: Campground only, festival site not permitted. Must bear a certification from a nationally-recognized certification agency Must only use propane as the primary fuel. Maximum amount of propane per campsite may not exceed 20 pounds.
  • Empty water bottles, including reusable and disposable water bottles


In addition to tents, tarps, chairs, food and everything listed above, the following items are recommended and will make your weekend more enjoyable: Swimming gear as there is a pristine mountain swimming hole! Extra toilet paper, a flashlight, extra trash bags, portable radio & a small luggage lock for your tent. Remember to leave your valuables at home! Promoter is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Coolers and food from outside the Festival are only allowed in the campgrounds.


 

The following items are prohibited in the Camping / RV Areas

  • Pets of any kind (except service animals with current rabies vaccination and all documentation)
  • Bulk alcohol over the amount in the Allowed Items, including kegs
  • Any item that can be used as a weapon
  • Illegal Drugs or drug paraphernalia of any kind (get it, no opioids, meth etc...) this is a CANNABIS FESTIVAL, stay home with the dumb/dangerous crap.
  • Glass containers of any kind
  • Open flame of any kind
  • No campfires
  • Generators of any kind (except in RV area)
  • Golf carts or other motorized conveyances
  • Drones, remote-operated, and/or autonomous vehicles of any kind
  • Heating appliances of any kind
  • Amplified sound systems (small ipod docks ok)
  • Tiki torches, fireworks, fuel, or incendiary devices of any kind
  • Focus light beam devices, including laser pointers
  • Any item that can be used as a means to disturb the peace, endanger the safety of the crowd, and/or inflict damage to people and goods
  • Charcoal grills
  • NO BAD ATTITUDES. IF YOU CAN NOT PLAY WELL WITH OTHERS, STAY HOME!

FAQ

WHAT DOES AN ADMISSION TICKET GET ME?

  • The cost of admission gets you access to a car/camping spot, all live music performances, all Vendors, exhibiters, demonstrations etc....


WHAT IS A CAR CAMPING SPOT?

  • Roughly room for a car or up to a 17-passenger van and that same size area adjacent to it for tents, canopies etc... Vehicles larger than a 17-passanger van will need a RV pass and be in the RV area.


WILL THERE BE FOOD AND DRINKS?

  •  We will have a variety of vendors providing a range of festival/carnival fair type foods and drinks. 


WILL THERE BE MERCHANDISE VENDORS?

  • Yes, merchandise, arts, crafts and all things cannabis related will be represented.


WILL ALCOHOL BE AVAILABLE ON SITE?

  • We will not sell alcohol on site but you may bring you own, Two (2) bulk alcohol items per person in aluminum or plastic containers only. WILL I BE ABLE TO EXIT AND RE-ENTER THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS?

  • Absolutely, all festival goers get a armband when first checking in. As long as that armband has not been removed or tampered with you may come and go.


ARE THERE STORES AND BUSINESSES CLOSE BY?

  • Yes, within a 1/2 mile is a campstore and another bar/general store that both sell limited food, camping essentials and beer to go. 25 minutes away east or west are full service towns, hotels etc..


ARE THERE OTHER SITES AND ATTRACTIONS CLOSE BY?

  • The festival grounds is situated right in the middle of Western Marylands beautiful Appalachian Mountains. The Potomac River and several mountain creeks are within driving and walking distance providing swimming, canoeing/kayaking/tubing. Greenridge State Forest borders the festival grounds providing 46,000 acres of secluded hiking trails, mountain roads, overlooks and more all open to you. And there is so much more we can't list it all. Come and explore!


IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

  • Children are welcome but must be accompanied by a responsable adult at all times. 12 and younger are free! From young to old, ALL ARE WELCOME! Underage drinking of alcohol or cannabis use will not be tolerated.18 years of age and younger will need to be accompanied by an adult 21 or over.
