We recommend that you invest in Mary Elizabeth Wakefield’s Elsevier book, Constitutional Facial Acupuncture, prior to the event; you can also purchase an autographed copy at the seminar (supply limited).

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be made in writing no later than 4 weeks prior to the seminar; no refunds will be granted after that date. A $50 processing fee will be charged for any cancellations prior to that date, 20 September 2023.  Should the seminar be canceled by Instructors or ESATM, for any reason, it will be rescheduled; no refunds will be granted. 

Current practitioners will receive twenty-four (24) continuing education units (PDA points) for completion of the class. A CEU certificate of completion will be awarded at the end of the CEU. Attendees must attend the class in its entirety to receive the certificate. To register, please fill out this registration form and email it to the administrative staff at administration@esatm.edu or fax your registration form to 973-746-8714. You can also mail in your check with your completed registration form to Eastern School of Acupuncture, 440 Franklin Street, Suite 500, Bloomfield, NJ 07003.
