Black Hat Brew Works opened its doors in 2015 in the middle of the Scotland Boulevard industrial park in Bridgewater. Paul Mulcahy and his brother Scott first started homebrewing out of a shed in Norton. Time passed, experience was gained, better equipment was purchased, and the rest is history.
