EMPOWERING STUDENTS:

Marshall Winterguard Wins Bronze!

The Marshall Winterguard had another record-breaking season, with the highest score in school history, and earned bronze medals at the Virginia State championships in the Scholastic A3 class this past Saturday. The event included 78 winter guards from high schools and colleges across the state broken up into 10 different divisions. Last year, the team placed 1st in their class at state championships and were promoted for the 23-24 season to a more technically challenging and competitive class. Their show this year was titled "The Fate of Atlantis" and can be viewed on the Marshall Guard YouTube channel. Every school year the guard rehearses and competes from mid-November to the first week of April. Auditions are open to any Marshall student regardless of prior experience in the activity.

What is All Night Grad Celebration (ANGC)?

ANGC is a huge all-night gathering for our Seniors will be held the evening of graduation, Monday, June 3rd at Punch Bowl Social in Arlington from 10pm-3:30am. The 2024 Class Committee is planning an AMAZING evening with lots of activities, games, raffles, food and more!

Many schools in Fairfax County and across Virginia host All Night Grad parties to provide a safe, fun, alcohol and drug-free environment for the seniors to celebrate their achievements with their classmates. Once graduates arrive, they are not permitted to leave until it’s over. This allows chaperones and security staff to monitor and ensure our kids celebrate in a safe and secure environment.
