Now that the holidays are in full swing, you should be finished with your marketing planning for the year. Just kidding! Your marketing plan is a living, breathing document(s) that is always being tweaked.
With that in mind, December is a great time to look back and see what worked and where changes need to occur for next year. Currently, we are recreating our spreadsheets for media buys and campaigns for 2019. Running different scenarios for budgets and new media for clients.
Creating a weekly spreadsheet for marketing items will give you a nice overview where your message was or will be sent.
