ANNOUNCEMENTS

M. Lillian Lund Files Donation

Tyngsborough Public Library is pleased to accept the personal notebooks of M. Lillian Lund Files [died 2016] from her Estate and son, Steve Files.

The donation comprises twelve binders that document Files’s bluebird conservation efforts. A former resident of Tyngsborough, MA, Files was passionate about the recovery of the bluebird

population. She loved educating children and the public on how they could help. From her obituary, “Lillian’s knowledge and commitment to the blue birds earned her the title of the Blue

Bird Lady.”
