Hello everyone,
As a public library, we pride ourselves on being able to serve all of our community members from babies to seniors. This is reflected in our collection of materials - from board books to large print fiction and non-fiction to movies to magazines to games. You can borrow from our library, through our apps, or request an item to be sent here from one of the other 77 BCCLS libraries! If you need help locating material on a topic please come and ask us. If you're interested in buying books, visit the Friends of the Library Book Sale on March 9 & 10 for some excellent bargains.
You also have the chance to participate in a large variety of programs. If you love to talk about books and hear from authors we have plenty of groups for you beginning at First Grade. This month we welcome two local authors, Paul Semendinger and Shelly Noble who will share their latest work and discuss their writing process. If you're more of a history buff, join us for Ladies of History: Alisa Dupuy as Suffragette Alice Paul. If you are interested in creating and making there are many opportunities including sketching, paper crafting, knitting, and painting. Music fans can celebrate the music of The Beatles, influential women singer/songwriters, or learn more about steel drums.
