MEET ERIC BORAS
One of the many challenges the rubber industry faces is attracting technical people who understand all aspects of the manufacturing process.

Having graduated from Ferris State University with a B.S. in Rubber Engineering Technology, Eric Boras fits this mold (pun intended) perfectly!

At just 40 years young, Eric has worked in all facets of the manufacturing process; starting from raw material selection and compound development all the way to molding the finished product. Having this experience has helped Eric appreciate all the challenges his customers face when producing a quality product at a fair price. He enjoys learning about his customers' unique problems and working together to solve them. “There’s always something to learn. I teach them, they teach me and in the end, we both win!”

When Eric isn't busy solving rubber issues, he's playing hockey or golf, hiking, working out and spending time with his wife and 3 children. He resides in St. Joseph, Michigan. Did we mention that Eric is a HUGE Elvis fan?
