You've taken the company as far as you're prepared to,
now what?

Greetings!
Are You Running Out Of Runway?

Feeling tired or just done? Not prepared to do any more work on the business? That's ok, it's up to you. You've done plenty over the past 2, 3 or 4 decades.

Maybe you've waited until now to sell and getting to the end is still not clear.

The kids are older and not interested in running the company.

Employees are not prepared to buy or run the business.

You may have had an inquiry to purchase in the past, but that's long gone. Although you still think it could happen, it's highly unlikely.

It really is time to sell. You may not have 3-5 years to do it. Regardless, you need some help.

You've spoken with your Accountant but they are somewhat limited as to how they can help you. Talked to a couple of Business Brokers and they sound like real estate agents. M&A firms want monthly retainers. They may make you feel a bit small and fees can be a touch rich for you.

Feeling a little pressured and no idea who to turn to?

What you want is someone patient, who you can easily talk to. They get you and can communicate the answers to your questions minus the jargon and without making you feel inferior.

A little coaching on improving value and preparing the company for sale can go a long way.

A guide and facilitator to take you through the entire selling process is also welcome. From getting ready to qualifying Buyers to negotiating the final sale.

If you're running out of runway, then perhaps you should be looking into and thinking about the many options that are available to you. The ones you've heard about and the ones you haven't. You don't know what you don't know.

Right now the best thing you can do is speak with someone who understands where you're coming from and can help you figure out where you want to go and how to get there.

If you are looking for straight honest answers on the subject of selling your business let's talk.

Having someone tell you what they think you want to hear is a waste of everyone's time.
