Sunday Worship, March 24 at 9:30 a.m.

In-Person and Online

On this upcoming Palm-Passion Sunday, we start our worship service by waving palms and singing "Hosanna!" At the end of our worship service, we will hear the sad story of Jesus' crucifixion, death, and burial. What happened? As we continue exploring the theme of covenant, we will discover that people had different expectations and assumptions about how Jesus would fulfill God's promises. By defying all of them, Jesus was caught between these clashing expectations...and it turned deadly. What assumptions and expectations do you have about Jesus, and how do the events Holy Week confirm or defy them? Pastor Jeremy's message is called "Defying Assumptions and Expectations."

During worship, the Tamba Marimbas will participate, the Sanctuary Choir will sing, Ryan will read scripture, Sandy will be at the piano, and Pastor Jeremy and Rev. Jeff are back. We hope you can join us -- in person or online -- for a meaningful time of worship together! Download the Sunday, March 24, 2024 worship bulletin here.
