Artists for Climate Awareness Juried Exhibition Sponsorship

Bloomington Fine Art Supply is delighted to sponsor the Artists for Climate Awareness juried exhibition! Bfa.supply attends Creativation 2024!

Each year, the National Art Materials Trade Association (NAMTA) hosts Creativation, one of the largest annual trade shows for craft and art material dealers worldwide. After two days of educational classes and workshops, the exhibition floor opens where retailers–including yours truly–engage with more than 1,100 brands and manufacturers!

This year, the convention was held in New Orleans, LA, and we were thrilled to attend for a second time!

We're official! It was exciting to receive our first Creativation 'retailer' designation badge with the shop name on it.

Seeing how Mardi Gras parade floats are sculpted was a fun way to kick back after a long day in the exhibition hall.

Our fav educational session was a chat about sustainability w/ CEOs from DecoColor, Liquitex, and Hahnemuhle.

We also attended a product launch with Sharpie to experiment with their brand new product line.

Artist Chris Koehler and I met at Creativation '23 and were fast friends! It was fun to reconnect and catch up!

Marci and Cody rep for Alberta University of the Arts and are also friends from '23. We hit up an arcade and reflected on the arts in higher ed!
