Trailways Member, ElboBus Trailways, Was Struggling To Maintain Its Usual Level of Business During the Pandemic
ElboBus Trailways saw an opportunity to pivot their business and introduce a new subsidiary: Toureurope.eu. Toureurope is a group travel agency that takes care of all the details of a school trip or other group outing. By taking on the responsibility of organizing a trip, Toureurope takes the burden off the schools or other group leaders.

Toureurope quickly became a success, booking many groups for their trips throughout Europe. The success of the agency is due in part to their direct communication with schools and other groups, making the process of planning and booking a trip much easier. The agency takes care of everything from transportation to lodging, activities, and meals, leaving the group leaders with little to worry about.

Not only this, with travel restrictions and the need for social distancing, there was suddenly a surge in demand for recreational vehicles and the freedom to travel. Recognizing this opportunity, ElboBus Trailways pivoted its business strategy and sold its entire fleet of school buses to be converted into skoolies.
