NoCoast Monthly News and Updates

March is here and it is going to be a busy month! It is our 8 YEAR ANNIVERSARY, the Worldwide CrossFit Open starts NEXT week, and as our State begins to open up, we are hoping to get back to instilling some greater sense of community through events and gatherings in some capacity that haven't happened in a year. Who can believe this has been a year?? Let's enjoy the warmer weather approaching and continue to work on our health and fitness together! :)
MARCH ATHLETE OF THE MONTH
Sarah has been a NoCoaster since 2018 and, in that time, has become a big part of our amazing ladies community and has helped drive a culture of strong and beautiful women at NoCoast. Sarah has also pushed herself outside of her comfort zone by participating in CrossFit competitions, the Frisco Triathlon, and the Mountain Meltdown over the past few years. We have been so impressed with her consistency and how hard she’s been working to start 2021. Sarah did a great job on the New Year's nutrition challenge and her results are showing that hard work pays off! We appreciate her dedication to NoCoast and our community.

Happy Anniversary, NoCoast! 8 years of amazing community and helping individuals live longer, stronger, healthier, and happier lives! We are so blessed to be the leaders of NoCoast and couldn't ask for a better community to share this journey with! We can't believe it's been 8 years and look forward to the next 8!!

NUTRITON CHALLENGE WINNERS!!
We always LOVE our New Years Nutrition Challenges because they have the biggest turnout and tend to have the greatest results!
